I think it needed more time. What temp did you pull it at?

  2. They don’t look bad.

But, don’t cut on metal. Bad for your knives.

Also, turn them over. Lets you see the bones which makes cutting easier.

  3. Ffs buy a knife! You can get professional ones for cheap on amazon.

First attempt at using a knife too it seems.

Someone needs some knives. And a cutting board…

Yesterday we had the electric carving knife. Today we have this. I can’t wait for what tomorrow holds.

  7. _BrokenZipper

Pulled too soon. More patience next time. Dont get me wrong they still look edible

Easy to see the bones if you cut them upside down. Also, lay down a piece of wax paper and the sauce won’t get all smudged off when cutting upside down. ALSO, cripes! Use a cutting board, knives on metal is a straight to jail offense

color and everything looks great maybe just a little more time but cant tell unless bite it. ya need a good cutting board and butcher style knife tho if starting smoking. first brisket i did was such a hassle just because under sized cutting board and not correct knife to cut. dont want to be cutting metal knife on metal sheet pan.

Flip your ribs to cut…. Get off the metal cutting surface!! they look good, but to present, flip that rack to cut😁

They are either not tender enough or you sharpen that knife by throwing it at rocks.

  12. OddCockpitSpacer

Cutting is way easier if you flip over. Some ppl bitch that it wrecks the presentation. I disagree.

  13. Crispyskips728

Lots of people to tell ya yo flip them over. I found to just cut at a 10 degree angle or so. You can slide the knife right along side the bone. Definitely takes some practice

Damn. Nothin’ but a buncha hate on here.

For a first shot, these look great. Keep goin’. You’ll only get better from here.

  15. MaddHavikk

you gotta leave em on til the bones start pokin out and they crack at the seams when you pick em up

  16. RemarkableImage5749

Can you cut on a cutting board please?

  17. Entire_Researcher_45

They are so much easier to cut see the bone other side pls

  18. RectalFissureRepairs

    Offfah. That poor fuckin knife….

  19. LankeeClipper

All due respect, if you aren’t looking to get absolutely roasted, never post a video of squeezing juice out of a brisket or misuse of a knife to this sub.

That said, the ribs look great.

  20. NemeanMiniLion

Pro tip, cut your ribs upside down so you can see the bones.
